Your confirmation email has all of the details on the where, when, and how of your Teeny experience. we will also provide you with contact numbers in case you get lost.

All Teeny experiences are valid only for the specified date. Customers with a booking who wish to cancel and reschedule must contact Teeny at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the scheduled event date to either cancel the booking and receive a credit to their account or reschedule their booking for a new date. There are no refunds thereafter.

It is free to list your approved experience on Teeny. Teeny collects a 15% commission on every experience booked on the Teeny platform.
