Come to a liberating class with your circle in the warm sun. This class is full of strength training, followed by a yoga flow cool down in a relaxing and peaceful setting. All levels welcome. Go at your own pace. A mask is advised. Social distancing requirements by the City of Chicago with be implemented for your safety and comfort. Bring your own mat and water. Instructor: Sharay Thomas, Nasm personal trainer certified, 200hr vinyasa instructor, is a fun and energetic woman who loves providing life-changing experiences through fitness. This powerhouse enjoys teaching aqua aerobics, pilates, and power yoga. As a Fitness Professional with over six years of experience, and United States Navy Veteran, Sharay is team-spirited and specializes in Motivating a broad group of men and women. Her specialty is boot camp style training and yoga sculpt. All sales are final.
